It is certain that "Fellows Fm. & Mill" is the current Manor Farm House or a dwelling that was replaced by the current Manor Farm House. The Mill might be what is now Mutton's Mill. However, it might be that "Halvergate Mill" is what is now Mutton's Mill as I have seen a lidar map that would suggest there was a mill just down from what is now Manor Farm House. I will try to find the lidar map and investigate further. There were/are an awful lot of windmills / pumps on Halvergate marsh.
There is no Branch Road or Acle straight (they were built in 1831) of course but at least there is a track from Fellows Fm. into Halvergate, the beginnings of Stone Road maybe.
See the tithe map of 1839 extract which shows much of the land around owned by Robert Fellows Esq.
Certainly, in the past there have been buildings around the present location of Manor Farm House. Recently (August 2022) we had a sewerage treatment plant installed, to replace the septic tank. The foul water drains were realigned at the same time. Excavating in the garden for that work turned up no end of old and new house bricks, lumps of concrete, rusty pieces of metal, and bottles.
There is also what appears to be a well at the front of the house, underneath the veranda which we have not yet investigated.
